At POWER RUNNING SUPPLY SDN. BHD. 202601027478 (1689574-V), we want every customer to open a parcel and find precisely what was ordered, in the condition it was promised. Please read this Return, Refund & Exchange policy before buying, so nothing here comes as a surprise afterwards.
When is an item eligible for a return or refund?
Goods sold here are not exchangeable or refundable, and only the four situations below sit outside that:
Wrong item: the merchant shipped something other than what was ordered.
Mismatch: what arrived differs from the specifications, description, features or information the website advertised.
Poor condition on arrival: the item came through spoiled, damaged or defective on delivery.
Late parcel: the delivery ran past the timeline set out in the company Shipping Policy.
What evidence do I need to keep?
Three pieces of proof let our team take a request forward, so the customer gathers all of them:
Unboxing video: one clear, continuous recording showing the parcel still unopened, the shipping label, the packaging and the item that came out of it.
First-use video: a clear recording of the item being used for the first time, where that applies.
Supporting documents: photographs, order details or anything else the company asks for.
How do I send my request?
Where it goes: every return and refund request is submitted to our customer support team at power-running-supply@outlook.com.
How long you have: the request has to reach us within 24 hours of the item being received.
What will not be accepted?
Past the window: a request that arrives after the 24-hour reporting period is turned down.
Missing proof: so is one that arrives without the supporting evidence listed above.
If a return, refund & exchange question is still open, our team would be glad to help:
