Where do we deliver?
Our courier partners reach both halves of the country, so orders are welcome from either side:
Peninsular Malaysia: every state is covered.
East Malaysia: Sabah & Sarawak are served as well.
How soon is my order packed?
Packing window: we prepare and release every order within 1–3 business days, and that count skips weekends and public holidays.
Dispatch notice: as soon as the parcel has been processed and handed out, a confirmation email arrives carrying the tracking information unique to that order.
How long will delivery take?

What does shipping cost?
Free shipping: we are glad to hand our customers Free Shipping, with the standard delivery fee waived as part of the value we want every order to carry.
Bulk and promotional orders: standard shipping stays free, though a fee on specific bulk or specialised promotional orders may still be worked out at checkout from the total weight and the destination, where that applies.
How do I follow my parcel?
Your tracking number: once the order sits with our courier partners, an email or SMS reaches the customer with a tracking number.
A direct link: the same message carries a link straight to the courier, so the package can be watched in real time.
