How long do I have to cancel?
Your window: an order can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, and the customer receives a full refund.
Once processing starts: past those 24 hours, a cancellation may not be possible where the order has already gone through processing or left for shipping.
How do I put in the request?
Two quick steps, and the sooner the first one happens the better:
Reach out straight away: contact our customer service team immediately and quote your Order Number.
We check the status: our support team verifies where the order has got to and confirms whether it is still eligible to be cancelled.
How does the refund reach me?
Approved cancellations: once the cancellation is approved, the refund is issued back to the original payment method.
Timing: please allow 7–14 business days for that refund to be processed and to show up in the account.
